Employees who need food at a certain time—or just don’t want to think about it later—can plan ahead with scheduled orders.

Search and filter

Your team can filter items by gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and more—or, if they know what they want, they can just search for it.

Employees can stay up to date on their order with email and in-app notifications, and track courier location in the app.

How Group works

1. Plan your team’s meal up to a week in advance. Choose up to eight restaurants for employees to pick from.

Automatically place your group order at a scheduled time. Employees in the group can add and modify items until the checkout time.

Search and filter

Employees can filter items by gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and more—or, if they know what they want, they can just search for it.

Slack integration

With Slack integration enabled, employees automatically get alerted when their food arrives.

How Catering works

1. Work with a Caviar representative to set up meal cadence and timing, find the best service level for your team, address dietary needs, and more.

2. Review menus in advance to provide any feedback or changes. A Catering Captain sets up the food to make sure everything is as it should be.

3. We’ll learn your employees’ preferences and collect qualitative and quantitative feedback with every meal.
